We will have our quiz today. It will take about 20-30 minutes for you to complete. Afterwards we will have mostly lab day, but I would like to see what you have worked on so far. Remember that we only have one week left. This Wednesday for sure, be prepared to show your work to me.

Today will be time for lab work and I will try and make time to go over some of the Flash plug-ins from chapter 5.

Next Monday June 2nd we will have a quiz. Part of this will be hands on (you will create something in Flash). Know how to create a 2.5 animation (As demonstrated in class last week). You should understand motion tween along a path/guide. You should also know how to use a mask, work with scenes, import audio, swap symbols, and control graphic symbols.

A bit of change. I keep pushing After Effects to the back burner, and I will do so again today. Today I will go over some more character animation tips that you may find useful. This are really breath taking examples from How to Cheat in Flash. The examples are posted to this ning site. Afterwards we will have at least 30 minutes of lab time today. I think it will be worth it to focus more on the animation at this time, and then next week work into some post-production idea.

This week we will continue reading the book, Chapters 5-6.

I will talk about After Effects with Flash on Monday or Wednesday, I will cover more video with Flash by looking at flv files and how to work with them in Flash. I will go over preloaders. Everyone should be graded for project 3 and comments emailed to you. I did not comment on assignment 4, but will come around
